Although I can’t speak to the rooms, we saw excellent service from the staff here when we came for Christmas lunch (which was delicious). Unfortunately, after this, we were stranded after our car broke down and were forced to wait for rescue for about 6 hours - this was a stressful experience with a 6 month old baby and a 3 year old but Rhys, in particular, was a wonderful help running in and out of the kitchen to wash and sterilise bottles for our daughter. He really could not have been more helpful and friendly. A shout out also to Meg on reception who was very kind in offering little gestures to make our wait a little more comfortable despite the fact we were not official guests.

I didn't stay overnight. Reception was warm and welcoming and smelt divine. Christmassy. Attended a course. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I had coffee and loved the personal handwritten note kn the saucer serviette. Settee and chairs were inviting and comfortable. Lots of people around attending meetings courses. Various sized rooms. Toilets clean and warm with hot water in the taps. Good location for hotel just off M4 easy to find loads of parking.
