Fitness Factory

The fitness factory as got to be the best gym in Wales in my opinion, from the equipment, to the staff and customers. It's so clean you could eat your food off the floor the showers and toilets are spotless. It's nothing like that dirty and smelly plant fitness in Aberbargoed, where the toilets dirty and smelly,the showers are disgusting. And as far as the manager goes one look at it or thing and say no more. But that's just my opinion of planet from my experience of training there .
