Energie Fitness Pontypridd

Amazing gym! Super friendly staff and members. The team at Energie are truly amazing and always ready to help and lend a hand. Great classes and equipment. Loving the new refurbishment at the moment, changing rooms look amazing!! A special thanks to Matteo for showing me how to use the pendulum squat last week! :)
