To not waste time: I have only great things to say about this gym or the Personal Trainers who work there. I had always been weary of trying a PT – thinking it would be far too intense or daunting – but I'm so happy to say I was wrong. James Andrew Hales made me feel right at home from the very day I signed up. That was four months ago now, and ever since I have been going consistently multiple times a week. My cardio has dramatically improved, I'm lifting up to triple from where I started from and still building, and James has truly instilled genuine joy into working out for me. The gym itself is a very easy recommendation: A full spectrum of machines & free weights, an incredibly cool lowered area for circuit & heavy bag training, and a super clean locker & shower area. Every single area of the gym is utilised perfectly – the owner has done a fantastic job of building a welcoming, friendly, and highly functional space. Not to mention 24/7 access! Top marks all around.

Been going to this gym for years. Absolutely perfect all around gym, showers toilets and gym equipment always clean. Gym owner is hardest working I’ve seen, always attentive and has a genuine care for people Would recommend to anyone
