Good little gym and decent price, been there for 3 months and enjoying my weight training for the first time in a long time as the gym gives me consistency. 24 hours has been beneficial. Pros It’s tidy Air con New equipment Enough machines to cope with busy times Friendly staff Things to improve on Another squat rack needed due to high demand Another set of lower weights available 5-10KG as can be frustrating when only one set and in use Needs a calf machine Taking too long to fix one of the biggest using machines in the gym, been out of use for couple weeks now. Unfortunately one of the members of staff has bad hygiene (literally need to cover my nose) management should acknowledge this problem and address this as the gym prides itself on cleanliness. More challenging classes for mid - high experienced gym members.
