Really friendly gym with a good sense of community. I was so nervous about starting at the gym but Zoe and Dave made me feel at home and have been really helpful in helping me start my fitness journey. They are also careful and respectful of Covid regulations and take hygiene and the cleaning of equipment between sets seriously.
