Awful - reported a recent serious incident that also resulted in a direct staff issue and management were totally disinterested. Don’t feel safe or respected in that branch at all. Changing rooms smell awful by the showers constantly. Wish I hadn’t paid up front, having to travel to a much better alternative - some trainers are lovely there but they’ve just lost their best one.

Gyms not to bad could be better tho. Smith machine and cable machine is constantly under repair and some of the leg machines which is a pain but they get it fixed quite fast . Some of the showers don’t work and there’s some horrible smell in the toilets . Hot tubs never hot it’s lukewarm. There’s never steam inside the steam room The sunas glass is very dirty too so that could do with a clean . Gym staff are great . Big up to Collin great guy !
