Went in to wash my car, put £5 in the machine just to realise it was not working, the hose was split, went to the till to let them know and I was told to leave my details because the manager was not in so could not issue a refund. I went in on Thursday, 4 days later and the same exact woman who asked me to leave my details she said she never saw me before, I have never been there, while another female staff was saying the machine was working fine all day, then few minutes later she said it wasn't working and they did refund 2 pounds on the same day, when I asked why they're lying that I have never been there before but then they said they refunded 2 quite they became red, aggressive and ordered me to leave the premises, I did not get my refund and their approach of the issue was absolutely disgusting, I paid for a service that I never got and when asked for refund I was sent away...... avoid this place
