Love this gym, it’s the only one I’ve ever felt completely comfortable at. Really lovely PTs (shout out to Charli) and super welcoming staff who always say hello and make you feel at home. It’s always clean, they’re always upgrading equipment and the facilities, and there are saunas and cold (and hot) showers too, as well as a female only room. Best gym ever, thank you team workout!

Honestly the best gym I've ever been to. The staff are so friendly, the trainers and class leaders are amazing, very knowledgeable and motivational but always mindful of any injuries you have. Equipment is great and they always seem to be upgrading things. There's a women's section which has great equipment and machines. Equipment and changing rooms are always clean and maintained and the price is really reasonable. 5 star!
