Had the pleasure of staying here for a local weekend break. The wardens greeted us in a warm & friendly way & were helpful. The fully serviced pitch we were on was large and relatively level. The holiday park is a hidden gem. There is a pool, plenty of things to keep little ones entertained & for the fur children there is a fully enclosed field, be aware that it has a steep slope at one end of it & if you have a fluffy dog be prepared to pick out all the leaves & brambles from their fur. On a plus note there is a wonderful doggy spa just after you emerge from the dog walk. We were slightly disappointed by the amount of toilets & showers considering the size of the park. One of the doors of the toilets in the women’s block doesn’t close, rendering it unusable. Overall we were pleased with the holiday park & the snack shack was a welcome bonus for the start of our break. Would recommend Woodovis as a wonderful place to holiday.
