I made an appointment for a quote to re-line our swimming pool. This was cancelled by Deep End with ten minutes notice when we are at least an hour away. The re-scheduled appointment was cancelled today with twenty minutes notice. Needless to say, I did not make another appointment, especially as my impression was that this happens on a regular basis and in both cases, the call was somewhat offhand and did not inspire any confidence.
