No contract, but still charging me for a month I didn't use. App entry is awful. I would avoid as a matter of principle. I've been a member since open day, and I have to say, the improvements they've made are impressive! When I first joined, I noticed a few issues, but the team really listened to our feedback and made some fantastic changes. The equipment is now in perfect condition—every machine feels solid, and the quality is top-notch. They've completely revamped the changing rooms too; the new showers with improved drainage have made a huge difference, manager said locker are coming soon. The sauna is much hotter making my recovery sessions both relaxing and effective. Overall, the dedication to providing a better experience is clear. Plymouth Gym has truly turned things around, and I’m excited to continue my fitness journey here in such a well-maintained and supportive environment. Highly recommended!
