Stayed at this hotel from 12th December for 3 nights. I stayed in a standard family room, and also the super room - family room. Both of which were clean and spacious. The complimentary hot chocolate sachets and chocolate bars were a nice touch. Rooms have modern air con/heating systems and power showers. Rooms are also very soundproof, wasn't disturbed by noise outside. Staff working reception all friendly and helpful all 3 nights. Thank you!

Good points: location for Abbey Wood and retail park, friendly helpful staff, extremely clean, great control over the AC, big TV. Bad points: old towels not removed or room freshened up once during a four night stay (towels were replenished). Bar area needs sofas or similar to relax. Only one choice of draught beer.
