A client of 5 years but it’s time to go. I’ve had to cancel my membership as I’m going away for 3 months and had plans to continue as usual right after. I cancelled it way before it was suggested to avoid being charged for another month. I’ve had two weeks left to use but the membership was cancelled with an immediate effect and couldn’t use the facility anymore? Why, when I’ve paid for the full month? 3 tickets have been submitted to customer service - no response. Unacceptable, especially with it being the only gym group with no scales in the men’s changing room (might be just Longwell Green). UPDATE: The team has now been in touch and provided an alternative solution. Please count on this review as neutral. The facility however is worth your attention.
