I do not recommend this facility. It could be excellent, but its potential is completely wasted. One of the biggest issues is the lack of cleanliness... the grime and unpleasant smells, especially in the health suite, are unacceptable. To make matters worse, guests are asked to leave the health suite midday for cleaning, which shows poor planning. Even more concerning, I’ve witnessed female cleaners entering the male changing rooms and beginning to clean while men are fully naked... completely inappropriate and uncomfortable. The health suite is consistently dirty, poorly maintained, and often smells bad. The jacuzzi is also out of order around 50% of the time. It's an absolute joke for a place that’s supposed to promote health, hygiene, and relaxation.

I recently moved to Exeter and looked at all the gyms with a swimming pool, david loyde £160 per month, Exeter county club £150 a month, Riverside £30 per month and the facilities are excellent always clean and they have a nice air conditioned gym with up to date equipment. Absolutely love it
