Terrible gym. The smell is extremely strong, the toilets are not cleaned properly. Out of the four times I visited, three times it was impossible to enter the changing room due to a persistent sewage smell. I understand that the gym is busy, but that only means cleaning should be done more frequently. I wanted to try the Bishops gym, but I couldn’t even get in just to have a look — I was told I needed to buy another membership, even though it’s supposedly the same chain. I asked whether it was possible to enter just to see if it was cleaner, but no one responded via the intercom at the entrance. I travelled there for nothing. There are also many rusty machines, and not all of them work properly. You want to wipe the equipment before training, but paper towels are often unavailable. Overall impression — very unpleasant, old and unhygienic. I did not renew my membership and will be looking for a gym with another company.

Good location and overall good equipment. 24/7 access (3 stars for these plus points). Terrible cleanliness, too often there's no soap in changing rooms, some staff clearly don't care and seem to be more interested in chatting with their mates and gym members. Air con often not working or overwhelmed by the sheer number of people in the gym. This used to be a much better gym but the management needs a fundamental change. Only reason I haven't left yet is the convenience of location.
