I visited at 6:40am today, a Sunday morning. Main gym area was untidy (weights not put back), there was some litter and the floor was a bit dirty. The downstairs bathroom had toilet paper all over the floor and the locker I used in the communal area I noticed STANK. Stank like old wet clothes. The changing rooms were the worst. Smelt like poo, litter and clothes everywhere and what looked like tuna chunks in the sink. Just nasty. Good it’s 24hr tho.

Always busy as you expected because it is in the city centre, limited equipment(only 2 lateral pulls machine, 1 hip thrusts machine and if it’s occupied then you’ll have to DIY yourself) overall it is good but the toilet in changing room needs serious attention.
