PROS 👍 Staff is friendly and helpful. 👍 Generally safe and friendly environment. 👍 Spacious premises. 👍 Good location. One star rating due to the below CONS 👎 No fresh air on the premises. I imagine if measured professionally, it won't meet standards. But it's really off-putting and needs addressing. There are other reviews mentioning this issue. This has not been resolved yet. 👎No reasonable temp is maintained. It gets quite bad, especially when the gym is crowded and during warm weather. Other reviews mention the same. It seems like this will never be addressed. 👎 Paper stations are not sufficient. Have at least one more installed near the free weights area. It's a quick fix. 👎 Curently, both lifts on site are out of order. One for almost a year now, the other one for at least 3 months. Mind you, the gym is located on floors 4 and 5. It is absolutely ridiculous. Even if one lift is working, this creates lots of queues as it is out of of its capacity. 👎 Have seen people vaping on the premises. No one enforces gym rules to prevent that. 👎 Toilets are not cleaned up to standards. 👎 Lockers (inside surfaces) and benches in the men's changing room are not maintained sufficiently clean. The sink in the changing room is also disgusting most of the times, can't remember it being clean enough for the past couple of years, with a few exceptions, maybe. Unfortunately, I don't expect any of the noted issues resolved effectively, given that the issues persist as seen with previous reviews. But I thought I'd give the heads up for any potential new joiners.
