PureGym Bath Victoria Park

Previously left a review on how it's a good gym but how gross the toilets/changing rooms are. Seems all they do in such an instance is request that customers get in touch to "discuss it" more - I'm not sure if this is just deflecting, or if a quota of complaints has to be met before head office would do anything? Both in terms of cleanliness and fittings/facilities, they're worse than the toilets you might expect at a secondary school gym (and not a private one, at that!). Yes, there are a lot of careless people who make it worse for everybody, but ultimately the same brown patches have been in the same places for months, and one tap has been broken forever. Could we get a macaque and train it to spray some bleach around?

Left the following message on Trustpilot three days ago and gym commented back saying something in line of taking it seriously and trying to get the issues resolved. But here are the shots from tonight. Several feedback forms have been completed mentioning hygiene and cleanliness issues. Unfortunately, no improvements have been noticed so far. The soap dispenser in the gents has been broken for over a week, one of the urinals is nearly blocked, and the cubicles are very dirty. I’m seriously considering moving to another gym.
