While the choice of dining/refreshments was adequate, there didn't appear to be any communal seating area, rather it was dedicated to the various providers. No objection when we sat at one of them to eat our own food though. Toilets could be smelt before you even reached them,🤮 doors not hanging properly so locks didn't work, not all dispensers contained hand wash. The services area generally needs a revamp.

Just called for a comfort break to use gent’s facilities, they were ok. Until I went to wash my hands, fortunately the taps worked but there soap dispensers were empty and the electric hand driers non existant! And here we are encouraging people to was their hands.
