Absolutely fantastic gym! Being open 24/7 makes it incredibly convenient for any schedule. The equipment is top-notch, and the facilities, including showers and toilets, are always spotless. Emilia, the manager, is exceptionally welcoming. The views of Plymouth Sound from the gym are breathtaking and probably the best in the country. I highly recommend anyone considering joining to do so—you won't regret it!
