Located north of the city centre, this sports hub hosted an academy football local derby day between Exeter and Plymouth teams, easy to get to off the A38 but parking was full when we arrived, so we found a spot on the street outside the complex. so if you can, arrive early. There is rapid electric car charging available however the two bays were i'ced by non electric cars parked up. There is a huge grass pitch overlooked by the Cafe and terrace and a full size AstroTurf pitch. There is no covered viewing so beware if it's raining. The facilities were good with toilets and changing rooms
