Huge weights area, so you won't need to wait long for anything and there's multiples of everything. One of the coolest things about this place is a dedicated glute area, specifically for working out your lower body. It also has classes, changing rooms, saunas and 24 hour access (but no Ladies-only gym or spinning classes). If you're intrigued, go in and have a look and someone will show you around. It's a really good gym, hence why it is often busy between 5 pm and 7 pm, but has a great gym atmosphere and you can do anything from olympic style weightlifting to Hi impact aerobics classes, and there is a machine for every muscle group. It also has great sauna and shower facilities, usually well maintained.
