I use the gym at the Isca Centre. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. There is a cafe to have a coffee/ tea etc. The changing rooms and centre in general are spotlessly clean.

Nice friendly gym with good facilities. Hot showers, clean changing rooms and friendly staff. Great cafe on site, coffee, tea and cakes, snacks, light bites and lunchs.
