Room comfy and clean with great view from window though a bit overheated even with windows open (it is August). Chair to sit on a little uncomfortable in centre of back. Very clean. Great to have toilet and shower available as part of the room. Bit of noise from students outside the window in the evening. Padlocked "garage" available to place a bicycle. Breakfast available to pay at reception. Bit of a distance to walk to available shops but fine with bike or car. Parking for car is about 300yds from room so don't bring a heavy case as it's a steep hill up to Holland Hall. Not very far from train station and would recommend overall. Would be a shame to waste the rooms in holiday times...
