Had a great weekend away at haven burnham on sea, staff was so helpful when needed help and advice. We had issues when we arrived with the heating which was sorted within 20 minutes of going to reception desk. Staff who did the football activity was also really good with the children, my son had a fab time doing this activity. the haven site is so close to the town within walking distance so easily accessible. Evening entertainment was great for the children. Only thing I can say was that the swimming pool was quite cold especially for little ones so we didn’t stay in there for the whole hour but was a great swimming pool. It was our first time at a haven and would definitely be returning to a haven site at some point. It is really handy that the eating places offer a take away to the caravan as it rained on one of the days so meant we didn’t have to drag the children out in the rain.
