Gosswood Park Campsite

Tidy clean site located on a chicken(egg) farm close to chew valley lake. Lovely and quiet with trees sheltering the outskirts and fields surrounding , ideal for dog walks. The site was very well kept with beautifully clean toilet, shower, washing up area. They provide ehu, fridge and freezer, chemical toilet disposal, information shed and book swap. The lady who was in charge for the weekend was helpful and very attentive. You can buy eggs from site, watch the local birds and alpacas or even pop to the local pub. I would definitely recommend and return.

Fantastic place to camp (for motor homes and tent campers) near to a beautiful lake. We camped right up next to the alpacas which were so cute! There was plenty of room on the field and the toilet/shower/kitchen facilities were clean and nearby. They even had a freezer and microwave in the kitchen. On one morning we woke up and the gas for hot water in the showers was out and the owners were very helpful in getting this sorted for us. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
