Luda and her team are just so amazing. We don't believe the difference their care and professional attention has made to my 93 year old Mums life each day My Mum is living at home alone and had been managing so well, then comes that time where you all feel, including her, that the day to day chores of life are too much. Yes we can pop in and help, support as a family but our lives mean we can't be there every morning to do a welfare check, make her bed, do the dishes, washing clean etc. They always keep us informed of how mum is doing, if they notice or feel she needs anything, it's real caring! 10/10 My Mum honestly loves her visits and the friendship and support. Luda and her team have changed my Mums life, it's not only doing jobs, the carers have become friends and they cheer her up EVERY DAY. Knowing somebody is going to be there to help the day. This just adds to the love and support we are able to offer as her family. Extra Help and Luda are super professional, lovely, kind, compassionate and also competitive on price for this quality of care. We did lots of research and after meeting 4 companies representatives it was clear who was going to offer the personal service. We struggled with some of the larger companies, these seemed to have poor admin, call centres, you didn't speak to the care givers at all, one company didn't even turn up for the first meeting when we were still deciding who to use. We soon discarded them chose Extra Hands on a two month trial and we are so so pleased with our decision THANK YOU LUDA & Extra Hands Peter K
