This has been a fabulous area for me to use, and I have been coming here for a number of years. All of the receptionists are friendly and welcoming. They answer any questions that I may have. The gym downstairs, resistance, is nice and compact with various equipment on offer. The swimming pool changing rooms are clean and spacious, and the sauna is wonderful for time for relaxation.

What a great time I have just had at Stokewood Road gym. The visit was prompted by their open weekend offer. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They have a wide range of gym equipment and various classes as well. The swimming pool looked good although I didn't have time to try it out. All ages and abilities were there which is something I found encouraging.
