Great location, friendly staff, good choice of classes and a decent gym with a relaxing spa facility. However, male showers, both dry and wet change, are like something taken out of a Saw movie... it's unbelievable how run down these facilities are, with cubicles out of order, low water pressure and filthy... well... everything. It not only needs a proper deep clean but also a total refurbishment. I recommend bringing flip flops... and disinfectant.

@BHLiveActive right, I’ve been holding back as I know how hard it is to run a health club BUT..months worth of bodyfat in the showers, broken tiles,& showers that haven’t worked properly for at least 18 months! Front desk customer service has been eroded to not even a grunt hello..... seriously don’t know who does your cleaning and who ensures standards are adhered too but this is pretty damn rank now.... the only good thing going for this place are the PTs and a couple of fitness team.... such a shame
