I visit regularly with my kids mostly to use the trampoline park. It's always clean and tidy, staff friendly and helpful. Only downside being there's no water dispenser in there now, so take your own refreshments! And they could be more punctual starting the induction video on time for each session. Twice now we've booked for a set time, but dont actually get into the trampoline park until nearly 12-15 minutes into our hour session because of waiting for staff to come up and play the 3 minute safety video. Also it's never emphasised by staff to the mostly young visitors to actually watch and listen to it given its a safety video. The swimming pool is really nice, one large slide, a smaller one for 4-8 year olds and a tiny one for toddlers. Lots of features in the leisure pool for kids too like fountains etc and plenty of lifeguards on hand who are also very helpful (given free changijg room tokens as one of the machines were working and arrived in reception at exactly at booked time so they gave us extra time to ensure we got our full hour actually in the pool! Changing facilities are clean, pools warm and sessions arent overcrowded either. Really nice place to go! Bowling alley isnt great. Narrow Isles which dont seem to be entirely level, need better maintenence and the food served isnt great. Overall a really nice place to visit with great staff, also has a soft play and now a 'putting range' too. Just check before going that there isnt a Bath Rugby match on when youre due to visit as you'll get stuck in traffic backed up to Widcombe with fans attending, and you won't get a parking space!

Very good range of facilities. Pool is fun for kids (used for parties and weekend visits) and there are other options like bowling events my kids have been to and really enjoyed. Food is okay/it is what it is...the staff are nice and helpful. Parking is hard at times and it can be really busy using some of the changing facilities at times when sessions cross over.
