Average gym,some good and some bad/broken equipment. Lack of treadmills. Nice strongman zone. Parking could be challenging sometimes. It is very cold in winter to train and hot in summer because there is no AC. Update from April 2024: Improved treadmills quantity. Some equipment can be broken for a months of time. Extra disadvantage: Cold water in showers after 9 AM
