This was my first Aufguss ritual and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting. Warleigh Weir is the perfect backdrop and swimming in the Avon is better than any cold plunge that I’ve tried! The sauna itself is excellent - spacious and very hot. Can’t wait to come back

A unique and delightful sauna experience! Yes, not just a sauna, an experience. Firstly the location is unique. Situated by the Avon at Warleigh Wier, the sauna’s picture window allows you to gaze upon the river valley during your session. The Wier is a well-known wild swimming spot so perfect for cold plunges during the session. Then the session itself is like no other sauna I’ve tried. The sauna “Gus” leads a guided meditation while wafting scented, super-heated throughout the space. All accompanied and enveloped by music from the sound system embedded behind the sauna walls. It’s wild, exhilarating, and relaxing all at the same time.
