I’m very happy with this gym and my overall experience here. The equipment is modern, the gym is well managed, and everything is generally very clean. What really stands out is the staff — the trainers are approachable and genuinely helpful, not pretending to help like I’ve experienced at other gyms. That makes a huge difference. A special shout-out to Ben — he consistently goes above and beyond. He’s great with technique, always takes the time to explain things properly, and keeps workouts motivating. His positive energy really improves the experience. Maddie - Thanks for setting up the account for me. Just a couple of small suggestions for improvement: The men’s changing room can often stay quite wet, so keeping the floor drier throughout the day would be great. While I know staff constantly try to keep it dry but it needs some attention While there is already a full body-measurement machine, adding a simple digital weight-only scale would make quick progress check-ins easier. Overall, this is a fantastic gym with a supportive team. Highly recommended!

The gym has all brand new facilities and high tech equipment. It's currently not super crowded and I'm able to use any machine that would like. The changing rooms are very clean and is frequently cleaned. I notice the staff are constantly cleaning the changing rooms so I feel very comfortable with the floor not being muddy or filled with lint or hair. The classes are not as diverse as was originally advertised. The offf peak class offeri gs can include more cardio or high intensity classes like body combat or body pump. I don't know where the spinning classes are at the moment or how they are because there are no classes offered during off peak hours. I signed up for off peak because of the supposedly large variety and offerings of classes but it currently isn't the same as in the example schedule. I can only book a reformer class if I am lucky to book at midnight when the bookings open up otherwise they are filled up within minutes. The quality of classes that I've been to are excellent with excellent teachers! The pool is very warm and not as large as shown in the previously advertised pictures. The steam room is large enough to be comfortable with at least 5-7 others in there and very clean. I am also happy with the special perks that are given from being a member.
