Village Gym Eastleigh

I love our Village gym! Previously I’ve been a member of Pure gym & David Lloyd - Village beats them both by far. Initially shown round by Brandon, who is so friendly and knowledgeable, I signed up in May. From June I began PT sessions with Cameron and it’s worth every penny. He has supported me in adapting my nutrition and setting me programs to work around my busy lifestyle. So far he has help me achieve consistent results in muscle gains, fat loss & increased strength. He is so knowledgeable & professional but most importantly a genuinely nice guy with a great sense of humour which is a necessity for me in a PT! I love Monday morning Box n Burn sessions with Callum, Trip spin classes and the Air bootcamps. I’ve always experienced clean changing rooms, toilets & showers. I’ve only ever experienced friendly & professional staff and would highly recommend. Our kids love the swimming pool, especially weekend swim, and it’s great to be able to grab a treat in Starbucks afterwards!
