You can shower, and true, get a cup of tea and a meal. But you pay for the food and they have pricier option to the beans on toast. They want you to beg for a living. They refused me help with housing because I’m not local (illegal even in 2018). They had a queue for one washing machine. To be honest I felt very abused. One employee told me I ‘might try getting a job’. Cheers!

Use this place for showers and mail. Currently living in van due to the ridiculous rental crisis in Southampton. Clearly underfunded but a lifeline for the people who use the place.
