I recently signed up to a swim only membership. The pool is lovely but changing rooms could do with a update and deep clean. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because I have had to call twice recently due to the swim timetable being incorrect, and nearly turning up when I couldn't use the pool. I also find it very hard to get hold on someone via socials or on email.

The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because I have had to call twice recently due to the swim timetable being incorrect, and nearly turning up when I couldn't use the pool. I also find it very hard to get hold on someone via socials or on email.

Today me and a friend decided to go in the pool and we was using some of the inflatable boards to float with like we have done before however today we was told we could not use the inflatables as we was not using them for practicing swimming, we thought it was a bit strange because we had been told previously by staff members that it was ok to use them and it was not busy at all with there only being 4 total people in the pool including me and my friend and we was keeping away from the other swimmers. Even though we thought it was a little unfair we stopped using them and moved on. Later we decided to get out the pool and dry off and we decided to use the hairdryers that are available there that we usually use every time we get out the pool however this time we was prompted by the same staff member that we cannot use them and we need to bring a towel even though we have never been asked to not use the hairdryer before. Again we thought this was strange but we listened and stopped using them but soon after we got changed we saw a lady also using the hair dryer who was using it completely unbothered and we felt a bit targeted and believe it was unfair as we never have had that issue before.
