Yes it is anytime. Staff are polite. However equipment like straight bars have no grips and end up just tearing up your hands. When asking staff about the grips they said oh that's because people tear it off. (Sorry but ounish the few over their actions over the many who PAY for a service. Changing rooms stink of urine. Land mines placed in pretty poor areas so you cant really use them. Basically all attachments have passed it and with how busy the gym is youd of thought they can afford to replace equipment. Gym is always busy and isn't the largest.

Very good place to work out, especially as a new gym person. The entry is a bit of a pain at first, but is very secure. The phone app is helpful, and can track things like your time at the gym, or how many people are at the gym (so you know when its quiet). The machines seem decent to me (I have no comparison) and have different workout options or manual. The bathroom is clean every time, however there's no hairdryer, if you plan on showering there. The thing that annoys me is that there could be more weight machines, as a lot of the time they are taken up by someone else (though sometimes it feels like they're just sat there). Theres plenty of options of free weights, boxing and ropes too, if that's your thing. The lockers are okay, kinda annoying if you dont have a lock, or yours doesnt fit, however they have a vending machine, and you can buy one for £5. The machines and gym are cleaned by staff, very decently I must say. I've recommend this gym to my friends, and now to everyone.
