Very friendly gym with relaxed atmosphere with brilliant classes. There is some new equipment so hopefully some investment on the way because some equipment such as treadmills are out if date, they work but compared to other gyms they are very outdated. One thing that needs urgent attention is the changing rooms, lots of the lockers don't lock and the showers are temperamental. If you are lucky enough to find one that has hot water it can quickly go to freezing cold. The PT's are very friendly and approachable and the classes are very good. It doesn't matter what level of fitness you are you can do the classes and feel you've achieved something.
