Sunnyside Farm Caravan Park

We really loved our stay at this peaceful, countryside site. The pitches comprise a hardstand with a grass area next to it which was plenty big enough to accommodate our large, family sized tent. The toilet and bathroom facilities were separate rather than in a block, in fact you get your own enclosed spacious bathroom with toilet, sink and shower - there are two to choose from and there's a separate WC. The dishwashing area is in the same building as the bathrooms, and here you can also find a fridge, books and DVDs, all of which are lovely extra touches. All the facilities were kept spotlessly clean at all times. The walk to Chilham is about 1.5 miles - it's a beautiful little town, well worth a visit with a pub and hotel - the food at the hotel was excellent. We would definitely recommend the site and hope to return soon.

This is quite a nice site located only about 5 miles from Canterbury it well located for visiting all the coastal places of interest. We were on this site for 2 weeks and while we like a quiet site this was too quiet only about 2 pitches occupied at any time, I cant understand why, Pete who owned the site was a lovely chap and couldn't be more helpful, the shower block didn't seem quite finished or in need of some repair, the shower were very nice better than most sites we have visited in the last 30 years, there is a security camera system that we found out later doesn't work. These site fees are very reasonable so I would still recommend this site.
