Love the beach sauna at Southsea Beach Cafe. First time there the other morning and was pleasantly surprised that there was also a little plunge pool. The best view, and so lovely to run into the sea and then back in the sauna. We had breakfast from the cafe brought to us on the beach by the amazing staff. Just a shame that there are no lockers for valuables or anywhere sheltered to get changed in. It would be good if they were allowed to expand like the ones in Brighton and Margate. Will definitely be going again. .

The sauna is located in a great location with a pleasant view of the beach and the sea. The staff was helpful, the decor was simple but functional. A good place to warm up after swimming.
