Arrogant, Rude lady/ Manager behind the till demanded I pay twice for Fuel Separate and Car Wash separate total west of time make me remove the car from the car wash and she didn't want give me a receipt for that either. I should have refused but felt so uncomfortable! Go somewhere else is my advice! It was convenient Fuel & Wash the car. As I am all over the country for me is easy I will make sure no need to stop at this place. This Shell Petrol station is out of my list 🛑 avoid. If there is ➖ I would give ➖ 5

Went to use the screen wash - paid £1.50 and it didn't work. Staff were no help they didn't even know how it worked. Did not offer a refund and were very rude. Don't bother coming here if you need screen wash
