The staff are the true gem of this gym - welcoming, funny and motivational. I tried classes for the first time and Daniel’s cycle is superb! Good range of equipment and the areas are kept pretty tidy overall. It can get busy especially around 6pm but still very manageable. The lack of hooks on toilet doors in women’s changing room is my only wish for improvement
