Have been a member not long since it first opened, to this day the showers are awful once a year for 2-3 months they don’t work. Today was my last straw, the showers have now not been working for 3 weeks, we was told today that ‘they worked’ over the weekend which was a lie as they was not even hot it was closer to a cold shower then a hot one and personally feels like it has been botched with the hope it works. To add to it the people that have been on reception do not care at all, the response they gave to me was ‘okay I’ll let them know’ not an apology, no explanation given.
