Nuffield Health Portsmouth Fitness & Wellbeing Gym

I signed up today, I used to attend Mount batten gym which I didn't like and didn't feel welcome. I have a lot of health issues and it took courage to go back to another gym but after my first visit to nuffield I'm so pleased I made the decision to sign up as a member. The receptionist staff are really welcoming and friendly, Jason in the gym is extremely helpfull, the swimming pool is lovely and warm, the sauna is ladies only which is nice. Nuffield even have an on site bar and you can get food, they even do social events which is great if your looking to make new friends. The atmosphere of Nuffield is so relaxed and friendly which really helped my anxiety. I would highly recommend Nuffield health. ❤️
