The Wim Hof fundamentals day was fantastic. Sally, Dave and Jamie were so knowledgeable, organised and enthusiastic and I came away from the day feeling a total reset had taken place - I was rested, restored and reinvigorated! The breathing techniques were fascinating, the food was delicious (I have since made the salads for my family as Sally kindly shared the recipe with us all!) and the ice bath was so empowering. I’ve been doing cold showers daily since then and I am excited to continue learning thanks to all the articles and information Sally sent through on her follow up email. A well thought out day from start to finish. Loved it!!!!
