Luna Hut Sauna Café Brighton

Really enjoyable experience. I often find saunas too intense and have to come out every couple of minutes but the electric one was a great temperature for me and I even enjoyed the cold baths in the middle of winter. I thought 30 mins would seem long but could’ve happily stayed for an hour. The staff were lovely, but I do find it strange that there’s absolutely no way to contact Luna Hut over the phone. I had a booking issue that was time-sensitive and could only fill in a contact form. Luckily they did get back to me in time but I think it’s weird not to be able to talk to someone when it’s an experience that might come with a lot of questions! Also, I’m obsessed with the cute felt sauna hats but after my session was told to put them back in the pile. Those hats must be SWEATY. I hope they at least wash them at the end of each day 😬

What a lovely way to spend an afternoon. 30 mins in beautiful wood fired or electric saunas that smelt of essential oils and then cold showers or plunge pools. Comfy seating and then pop to the cafe to get coffee/tea and cake afterwards. Friendly helpful staff and a very relaxed welcoming atmosphere. Can't wait to come back.
