Great staff there. They have excellent changing and showering facilities. The equipment is kept in good condition, even though the don't have much. This is evident when getting a membership, as they are quite pricey (at £37.50 a month or £6 entry for non members) because they only seem to have the basic equipment, not even a pool or sauna. Despite this, the membership does allow you to get into the variety of different classes for free (otherwise £5 entry). Despite the flaws, I would recommend going here, if you are looking to keep in shape and are willing to pay a little extra.
