Staff are friendly and nice. Steam room and sauna are good. I joined the first time mainly to use the swimming pool but sadly some hotel guests have little regard for hygiene. I saw someone jumping straight to the pool after sweating in the sauna and he's definitely not the only one. My eyes are still itching after two days. The gym was good though.

amazing little spa that has the hottest sauna and hottest steam room, a nice big swimming pool as well as a little jacuzzi, and my favourite part is the ice cold plunge shower which is so important for cold therapy where I teach many people.. also they have a little gym which has up to date equipment and the staff are amazing and so helpful, the whole atmosphere is a blessing, I highly recommend to visit this gem and you won't regret it..
