Very nice gym overall. Came here on a free day pass promotion and enjoyed working out here for the day. Machines felt very smooth to use and went up to a good enough weight. There is a wide array of free weights to use and quite a few moveable benches available too. Also a few squat racks as well, which is always nice. I went on a bank holiday during peak hours and it was quite busy to be honest, but didn’t spend any time waiting around. Changing rooms very clean as well. My only negative takeaway from my experience is that it was quite warm in the gym, and the AC wasn’t that strong, but honestly not a terrible thing as I’m yet to visit a gym in England with decent AC haha! Overall would recommend this gym, definitely use a free day pass to try it out!

Great gym, friendly stuff, clean. Feels safe, and they even have a separate small female only gym room. Equipment is in good condition and plenty of classes to sign up for. Changing rooms are clean with toilets, showers and lockers. Wending mashines downstairs and a cafe next door. Running track outside. Secure entranse to the gym with your fingerprints, so there's no need to ever worry about forgetting your pass. Personal Trainers awailable but they work as freelancers.
